Fish Rezala (Fish Curry in Yogurt Gravy)

Fish Rezala is such kind of preparation that I often cook when I invite guests for dinner or lunch. This fish preparation is light though rich in taste. I like to have this with steamed rice though it goes very well with Vegetable Pulao, Bengali Style Vegetable Pulao or Bengali Style Vegetable Fried Rice. The smooth yogurt based gravy goes really well with any rice preparation. Fish Rezala is easy to cook and for summer it is ideal. Here goes the recipe.
