The hot and humid weather of Kolkata is making everybody uncomfortable and sick every day. Rather than eating anything we all prefer to have something cool and light. So last Sunday I prepared Banana and Black Berry (Kalo Jaam) smoothie. Banana and Black Berry both are good for heart and black berry has antioxidant property which helps to purify blood. But this fruit is available for very few days. And I try to make most of it. Today I’m sharing the smoothie recipe, will share icecream recipe in future! I have used 2 tsp of sugar as the banana I used was very ripe and sweet. Adjust sugar level according to sourness of yogurt and sweetness of banana … and ofcourse according to your taste!
- Banana – 1 (Big)
- Black Berry – 15-16 nos
- Yogurt – 300 gms
- Milk – ½ cup
- Sugar – According to taste
- Rock Salt – To taste
- Peal the banana. Discard the seeds of blackberry.
- In a blender blend all the ingredients adding rock salt and sugar. Add sugar according to the sweetness of banana.
- Pour the smoothie in glass. Chill for sometimes and serve.
