This is one of the colourful raita I often make. You can serve this to your fussy kids who always avoid milk products. Here I have used chopped onion as serve it with non veg dish but it tastes equally good if served without onion to accompany any veg rice or snack.
- Beat yogurt very well adding sugar and salt very well.
- Grate beetroot and add it to the yogurt. Mix well.
- Add chopped onion (optional) and chopped coriander. Mix again.
- Serve with any Rice preparation or with any kebab.
