Pomfret Tawa Roast (Pan Fried Spice Coated Whole Pomfret)

Pomfret fish is loved by all in our family. Be it in the form of simple fry or batter coated fry or Grilled Pomfret or Goan Pomfret Curry! Today I made a tawa fry or pan fried preparation with simple masala marination. ‘Pomfret Tawa Roast’ or Pan Fried Spice Coated Whole Pomfret is a very quick and easy recipe which can be cooked with few ingredients. People who are not so fish lovers prefer Pomfret, Prawn and Bhetki for the sole reason that it has very few bones and the fishy smell could be removed by marinating with some lemon juice. This is the dish that could be served as a starter or as main course. For whichever occasion you choose to serve do not forget to serve it with plenty of lemon wedges and some fresh salad.
